• Prepare client financial statements
• Act as the primary point of contact in the Philippines for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, accuracy, and timely communication.
• Maintain & review General Ledger, AP, AR
• Oversee Year-end review and 1099 process.
• Review month end financials prepared by team members
• Communicate and build relationships with clients
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team of direct reports
• Manage system approvals for required business applications
• Participate in onboarding/offboarding of team members (interviewing, hiring, selection, replacement requests, etc.)
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure client assignments are appropriately distributed and balanced across the team
• Collaborate with U.S.-based Manager on project progress, team updates, and initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Conduct monthly internal training for the team (soft/technical skills)
• Conduct performance evaluations at set frequencies and deliver feedback regularly to ensure the success of the team members
• Participate in meetings (attending and facilitating) with managers, peers, and others
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create new processes to streamline tasks and maximize team member efficiency
• Strong real estate experience required: proficiency in QBO and Real Estate software (AppFolio, Yardi)
• Experience handling Real Estate clients preferred
• Strong accounting skills: the ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of US Accounting Experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple clients
• Must be an independent, resourceful, self-starter; and also a team player
• Strong analytical skills - see the big picture, how things relate and affect one another, within the client's books, as well as business
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work, in a remote team organization
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

• High degree of emotional maturity; ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively
