The LaurelAI Support Specialist at Aprio is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Laurel.ai AI-powered timekeeping platform, providing high-quality support to users, and contributing to continuous application improvement to enhance productivity and operational insights for professional services firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Laurel.ai timekeeping platform operates effectively
- Support business operations through platform functionality
- Assist users to improve productivity with the platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Laurel.ai application
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to deliver high-quality support and continuous improvement of the Laurel.ai platform.
- Experience or ability to support and troubleshoot an AI-powered software platform that automates and enhances time tracking, time sheet creation, billing accuracy, and operational insights for professional services firms.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious professionals in a collaborative culture.
