Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Applicants should be high-performing accounting students interested in Audit or Tax who are eager to contribute, take initiative, and gain meaningful exposure to public accounting.
Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, leadership potential, and a commitment to professional excellence.
Applicants should be interested in pursuing a full-time career in public accounting, be on track to pursue their CPA license, and have a clear plan for completing the required coursework and examination process.
No classes are permitted during the duration of the internship period.
For spring internships, candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
For summer internships, candidates must be available to work 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, during standard business hours.
The internship requires a hybrid work arrangement, with at least 3 days per week in the office to maximize mentorship, collaboration, and real-time learning.
Interns must be willing to participate in on-the-job training and gain exposure to complex accounting, tax, and assurance projects.
Interns must be able to collaborate directly with partners, managers, and experienced staff, and develop a strong technical and professional foundation in public accounting.
Interns must be able to support clients in tax research, planning strategies, and preparing tax returns, or assist with assurance engagements, evaluating internal controls, analyzing financial data, and participating in audit testing procedures.
Interns should have the ability to analyze financial data and documentation to identify potential risks, tax-saving opportunities, or areas for improvement.
Interns may be required to travel to client sites as part of their responsibilities.
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be able to work in the specific office location (California Reno).
