Job Description

The Administrator, Human Capital Services supports the firm's human resources functions, contributing to employee management, benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture within a growing CPA and advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with accounting and financial opportunities
  • Support the delivery of client accounting services
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a human capital services or related administrative role.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing and coordinating human resources functions, including employee records, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll processing, or related software is preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform administrative tasks which may include sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and handling documents.
  • Willingness to work in a flexible environment, including remote and hybrid work arrangements.
