The Accounting Manager will oversee client accounting projects, manage client relationships, ensure quality and timely delivery of work, and lead a team within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee client accounting projects and tasks.
Prepare and review financial work and client deliverables.
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
Coordinate and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery within budgets.
Address and resolve client issues related to accounting services.
Requirements
Ability to prepare and/or review most firm tasks and projects related to client accounting services.
Skills to manage the totality of the client and the team that works on the client.
Ability to be the primary point of contact for many clients, field all client issues, and maintain client relationships.
Ensure work is properly resourced while monitoring timely client deliverables within allotted budgets.
Experience in managing client relationships and team management within a professional services environment.
Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in ensuring quality of work at Aprio.
Experience in overseeing and managing client deliverables to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
