Job Description
The Principal Product Manager for Robot Platforms at ANYbotics is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of the company's robotic hardware and software, ensuring the development of innovative multi-generational robot solutions for industrial inspection and monitoring across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of core robotic hardware and software.
- Architect the multi-generational robot roadmap to maintain technological leadership.
- Lead the development and customization of robotic platforms, actuators, sensors, payloads, and charging systems.
- Drive the commercialization and deployment of robotic solutions in industrial facilities worldwide.
- Bridge engineering and commercial success to ensure product-market fit and business impact.
Requirements
- Own the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of the company's core robotic hardware and software as the Principal Product Manager for Robot Platforms.
- Be the architect of the multi-generational robot roadmap to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the robotics revolution.
- Experience in developing and managing robotic hardware systems, including robotic platforms, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, and charging systems.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies for autonomous mobility, autonomy, and inspection capabilities, often based on AI.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling the commercialization of robotics solutions and deploying them directly into customer facilities worldwide.
- Ability to bridge breakthrough engineering and commercial success to support long-term pilot projects and business impact.
- Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of the industrial sector applications such as Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Railways, Wind Energy, Mining, and Construction.
- Excellent strategic planning skills to create and maintain a multi-generational robot roadmap.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and coordinate across multiple teams including engineering, sales, and operations.
