A People Experience Partner responsible for managing and improving employee systems and workflows, primarily using HiBob, to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience during a fixed-term maternity cover period.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve HR systems and workflows with HiBob to ensure smooth employee lifecycle operations
Handle incoming People Operations requests and collaborate with employees, managers, and external providers
Support and enhance the overall employee experience through system and process improvements
Requirements
Have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
Reside in Barcelona or be open to relocate to Barcelona.
Experience working with HiBob as a People Experience or HR Systems expert.
Ability to help run and continuously improve systems and processes that shape the employee experience, with a focus on HiBob.
Manage incoming People Operations requests and collaborate closely with employees, managers, and external providers to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee experience.
Experience working in a fast-growing tech company or similar environment with a focus on employee lifecycle management.
Ability to work on a fixed-term contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
