Job Description
A People Experience Partner responsible for managing and improving employee systems and workflows, primarily using HiBob, to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience during a fixed-term maternity cover period.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve HR systems and workflows with HiBob to ensure smooth employee lifecycle operations
- Handle incoming People Operations requests and collaborate with employees, managers, and external providers
- Support and enhance the overall employee experience through system and process improvements
Requirements
- Have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Reside in Barcelona or be open to relocate to Barcelona.
- Experience working with HiBob as a People Experience or HR Systems expert.
- Ability to help run and continuously improve systems and processes that shape the employee experience, with a focus on HiBob.
- Manage incoming People Operations requests and collaborate closely with employees, managers, and external providers to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee experience.
- Experience working in a fast-growing tech company or similar environment with a focus on employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to work on a fixed-term contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
