Job Description

A hands-on role responsible for installing, configuring, and deploying advanced mobile robots at customer sites worldwide, providing operator training, and ensuring successful robot operations to support industrial inspection and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure ANYmal robots at customer sites
Provide operators with training on robot usage
Expand robot deployment by adding inspection missions and points of interest
Travel to customer sites to ensure proper setup and operation of robots
Work closely with Field Engineers and Customer Success Engineers to ensure high-quality installations
Feed back observations from deployments to improve processes and technology

Requirements

The candidate must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
The candidate must be able to travel frequently to customer sites around the globe and to our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, for training and team exchange.
The candidate must be able to work remotely within the UK.
The candidate must have the ability to install and configure ANYmal robots at customer sites.
The candidate must be able to provide operators with straightforward training on the robots.
The candidate must be capable of expanding robot usage by adding inspection missions and points of interest.
The candidate must focus on the practical execution of deployments, ensuring robots are set up correctly and operators are confident in using them.
The candidate must work closely with Field Engineers and Customer Success Engineers to ensure reliable, high-quality installations.
The candidate must be committed to continuously growing their technical and field skills through deployment activities.
The candidate must support real-world installations and provide feedback to help improve processes and technology.
