Job Description
A Field Service Technician responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining advanced mobile robots in industrial environments worldwide, ensuring optimal robot performance and uptime while providing hands-on support and training to site operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure ANYmal robots at customer sites
- Ensure proper setup and operation of robots to maximize uptime
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during robot deployment
- Collaborate with Field Engineers and Customer Success Managers to optimize robot usage
- Train site operators to work effectively with robotic systems
Requirements
- Practical experience in industrial environments such as plants, mills, or substations, with the ability to bring advanced mobile robots into operation around the world.
- Experience installing and configuring mobile robots, specifically including the ability to install and configure the ANYmal robots.
- Ability to ensure site operators feel empowered to work with their new robotic co-worker.
- Willingness to work on customer sites worldwide, with the ability to travel regularly to Zurich, Switzerland for training and close exchange with the Customer Success team.
- Legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Reside in Barcelona or be open to relocating to Barcelona.
- This position is not remote; physical presence at customer sites and the company’s office in Barcelona is required.
