An internship role within the People and Culture team focused on supporting employee experience, onboarding, policy enhancement, and maintaining employee data, aimed at fostering a sustainable and inclusive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist leadership in enhancing candidate, new hire, employee, and manager experience
Ensure accuracy and relevance of employee policies and suggest improvements
Support the onboarding process for new employees
Maintain employee data integrity within Bambo HR system
Manage employee records and provide administrative documentation support
Requirements
Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
Understanding of basic people and culture responsibilities
Attention to details
Strong relationship management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated
Ability to work in a collaborative and team environment
