Job Description
An internship role within the People and Culture team focused on supporting employee experience, onboarding, policy enhancement, and maintaining employee data, aimed at fostering a sustainable and inclusive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist leadership in enhancing candidate, new hire, employee, and manager experience
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of employee policies and suggest improvements
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain employee data integrity within Bambo HR system
- Manage employee records and provide administrative documentation support
Requirements
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Understanding of basic people and culture responsibilities
- Attention to details
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team environment
