Job Description
This role involves working closely with customers to understand their business goals, providing guidance on data strategies and platform adoption, and ensuring customer success through troubleshooting, implementation, and ongoing support within an AI-driven customer data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives
- Design solutions that align with customer goals
- Provide guidance on data strategies, platform adoption, and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support implementation projects
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and increased platform utilization
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure success
Requirements
- Ability to collaborate closely with customers to understand their business objectives and design solutions that align with their goals
- Provide expert guidance on data strategies, platform adoption, and best practices
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to customer data platforms or similar systems
- Experience leading implementation projects for customer data platforms or related technologies
- Proactive identification of opportunities for customer growth and success
- Strong communication skills to build long-term partnerships with customers
