Job Description
A Software Development Engineer at Amperity will develop advanced data pipelines, create innovative marketing solutions, and integrate AI capabilities to help clients leverage their customer data for deeper insights and strategic engagement, working on a mission-critical platform at the intersection of AI, data, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and understand large amounts of structured and unstructured customer, product, and event data
- Build full-stack experiences and tools for data visualization and insights
- Utilize data science and AI advancements to accelerate data value for developers and marketers
- Integrate the system into clients' core business operations
- Improve how marketers utilize customer data
- Develop advanced data pipelines and applications on database and big data technologies
- Collaborate with the engineering team to release products and features to customers
Requirements
- 5 years of experience including 3 years developing enterprise software.
- 3 years of experience building applications on database technologies.
- 3 years of experience working in a production environment, demonstrating the ability to get products and features released to customers.
- Experience with big data technologies.
- Experience in a production environment with a proven track record of releasing products and features to customers.
- Excited about using or learning functional languages like Clojure in a production environment.
- Passionate about building elegant user experiences on top of complex technology.
- Ability to process and understand large amounts of structured and unstructured customer, product, and event data.
- Ability to build delightful, full-stack experiences and toolsets to help users visualize their data, understand their customers, and surface impactful insights.
- Experience using the latest data science and AI advancements to build experiences that accelerate data value for developers and marketers.
- Experience integrating systems into the operating core of the businesses served.
- Location is remote in Argentina, with the ability to participate in in-person gatherings as needed.
