Job Description
Amperity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of its predictive modeling product, focusing on leveraging AI and machine learning to deliver actionable insights that enhance customer personalization and business outcomes for global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for predictive modeling, including how predictions support downstream personalization.
- Drive adoption and enhance the performance and usability of predictive models.
- Shape how predictive insights and audiences generate measurable revenue across industries.
- Collaborate with the machine learning team to deliver optimal modeling results and communicate architectural changes.
- Translate technical ML capabilities into accessible, intuitive product experiences for end users.
Requirements
- 8 years of product management experience
- Background in building machine learning (ML) models or deep experience with technical ML AI products
- Experience iterating with customers and incorporating feedback into product strategy
- Passionate about ML AI, with a habit of staying up-to-date on the latest trends and breakthroughs
- Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners who can bridge the gap between technical depth and value
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $170,000 - $230,000 with cash incentives and stock options
Work schedule: Hybrid model with three days in the office each week
