Job Description

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing marketing automation systems, managing campaign performance metrics, and ensuring data integrity to support marketing and sales efforts in a fast-growing AI-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency in marketing automation tools and campaigns
  • Maintain systems, processes, and data supporting marketing programs
  • Own KPI reporting and full funnel metrics analysis
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to shape campaign strategy and execution
  • Manage and optimize marketing tech ecosystem including Salesforce, Marketo, ON24, and ABM platforms
  • Oversee lead lifecycle management, including scoring, segmentation, routing, and handoff to Sales
  • Own attribution, pipeline influence, and marketing ROI measurement
  • Maintain Salesforce campaign structure and governance for accurate attribution and reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure data integrity and hygiene
  • Identify funnel gaps and bottlenecks, providing insights and actionable recommendations
  • Establish and evolve marketing automation best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Operations, or Campaign Management.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with attribution tools such as Bizible, ABM platforms like DemandWorks and Common Room, lead routing software such as LeanData, and enrichment tools like Cognism.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Experience reporting on campaign performance using data-driven approaches.
  • Previous experience with Tableau is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and experience building emails.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a love for process, including QA, proofreading, and providing actionable feedback.
  • Quick learner with a desire to improve processes.
  • Creative problem solver who is comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
