Job Description
The role involves leading and developing a regional sales team to drive revenue growth and market penetration for Amperity's AI-driven customer data platform, while building strategic client relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Define and execute regional sales strategies to drive market penetration and pipeline growth.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, product, and engineering strategies.
- Manage and expand partnerships with systems integrators, cloud providers, and technology vendors.
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders to foster long-term client relationships and drive data initiatives.
- Develop scalable sales processes, forecast revenue, and track sales metrics using tools like Salesforce.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 15 years in enterprise sales with 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven organizations, with proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, and a track record of attracting, retaining, and growing top talent.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and leading teams in complex, high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and advanced analytics tools, including AI and ML capabilities.
- Expertise in solution selling, consultative approaches, and crafting customized data platform solutions.
- Exceptional coaching and team-building skills, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Strong ability to engage C-suite stakeholders with compelling presentations and strategic insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strategic partnerships with internal and external teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
