Job Description
The role involves leading strategic revenue operations for Amperity’s global GTM teams, focusing on data-driven insights, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and scalability in sales, marketing, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to define and understand comprehensive GTM strategies and success criteria.
- Establish and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance, trends, and insights across the GTM funnel.
- Develop and oversee GTM operational cadence, including dashboards and reporting for all revenue functions.
- Analyze data and external signals to identify opportunities for strategic shifts and process improvements.
- Manage high-priority initiatives, projects, and analyses to support business growth and efficiency.
- Advise on and structure projects, develop mitigation plans, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct strategic assessments and operating reviews of business initiatives to ensure scalability and growth.
- Develop recommendations for sales coverage, segmentation, compensation, hiring, and sales strategies.
Requirements
- 15 years of SaaS GTM experience, including 5 years of GTM Marketing and or Sales operations and leadership experience.
- Analytical mindset with experience creating strategic and operations plans that have success metrics goals and evolving them based on performance.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with C-level leaders.
- Experience managing and influencing in a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to think strategically while also rolling-up one s sleeves to drive day-to-day operations.
- Experience building and developing high performing teams.
- Ability to be an influential thought partner to leaders across the GTM organization.
- Experience in the customer data and or martech space.
