Job Description

The role involves supporting the sales team by executing account-based marketing strategies, engaging with key prospects, and leveraging AI tools to generate sales opportunities and drive business growth in a fast-paced tech startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting senior leaders across various industries.
  • Research and understand target accounts to align Amperity's solutions with client pain points.
  • Create tailored, account-specific messages via phone, email, and social channels to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to generate insights, create opportunities, and serve as a liaison between sales and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate account data for reporting and targeted outreach.
  • Leverage AI tools to drive pipeline growth and engage prospects effectively.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Strong cold calling background, thriving on the challenge of penetrating new accounts.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to drive impact and evolve along with the organization.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools to drive pipeline growth and meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Demonstrated grit, determination, and agility in problem-solving situations.
  • Empathetic skillset, shaping genuine connections to unearth opportunities tailored to a target audience.
  • Relentless pursuit of excellence in building and contributing to a transformative venture.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to navigate uncertainties inherent in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Common Room, or similar sales tools is advantageous.
