Job Description
A Senior Product Marketing Manager role focused on bridging customer insights and business strategy to effectively bring Amber's innovative renewable energy products to market, targeting both consumers and partners, and shaping the company's storytelling and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate market insights into strategic guidance to inform business decisions
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for products to both consumers and installer partners
- Conduct inbound customer insights, market research, and strategic analysis
- Develop and implement outbound marketing campaigns, content strategies, and enablement materials
- Coordinate product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate product value
Requirements
- Experience working as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role with a focus on product, marketing, and strategy.
- Ability to translate market insights into strategic guidance that drives decision-making across the business.
- Experience in taking products to market through both direct consumer channels (B2C) and installer partners (B2B2C).
- Proven ability to work across inbound customer insights, market research, strategic guidance, outbound go-to-market execution, content strategy, enablement materials, and product marketing.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to build scalable systems for marketing and product launch processes.
- Full-time availability to work ideally from Melbourne, with flexibility to work from home or co-working spaces as needed within Australia.
- Candidates must already have full working rights in Australia to be eligible to apply.
- Experience in the energy, renewable energy, or home automation industries is preferred but not explicitly required; however, familiarity with the industry is implied as beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively tell Amber’s story and communicate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment with a broad scope of responsibilities.
