An executive assistant and office manager role supporting the leadership team by managing their schedules, optimizing office operations, and ensuring a productive and welcoming work environment at Amber's Melbourne office.
Key Responsibilities
Assist executive leadership team in managing their time and priorities
Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Melbourne office
Ensure the office environment is productive and a positive place for staff
Identify and address operational needs proactively
Support leadership efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with the Executive Business Partner and other stakeholders
Manage administrative tasks to facilitate leadership and office functions
Requirements
Experience working directly with executive leadership teams to make them more effective in managing their time, keeping things running, and handling various tasks.
Ability to own and manage the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office, ensuring it is a place the team loves to work.
Proactive mindset with the ability to spot what needs doing before being asked and a hunger to grow into more responsibility over time.
Full-time, permanent availability to work in Melbourne, with the expectation of being in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at a minimum, and flexibility to work from home on other days.
Willingness to consider candidates who want to work 0.8 FTE (full-time equivalent).
Candidates must be already based in Melbourne, Australia, with full working rights.
Salary expectations between 80,000 and 95,000 AUD per annum, excluding superannuation, with employee stock options included.
Ability to work in a role that involves managing time effectively, supporting leadership, and handling office management responsibilities as a high-impact generalist.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to support the executive team and manage office operations.
Excellent communication skills to work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager, Executive Business Partner, leadership team, and external stakeholders.
