Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in power settlement, including renewable transactions and utility bill
- 7+ years of experience with ISO/RTO and non-market energy settlement in US and/or global energy markets
- 7+ years of experience interpreting and applying PPA settlement structures and utility tariff frameworks across different regulatory environments
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring junior team members, including exercising oversight over their deliverables
- 3+ years of experience designing processes to manage high volumes of settlement transactions
- Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- 5+ years of program or project Management experience
- 5+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of experience standing up and managing settlement processes and compliance controls

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
