Job Description
Amazon Web Services is seeking a Sr.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related experience/ field.
- Experience with hierarchical control architectures.
- Experience leading cross-functional control/HW/SW integration delivery.
- Experience documenting design decisions, assumptions, trade-offs, risks and technical specifications.
- Experience using engineering analysis and measured evidence to drive decisions.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in embedded control for power electronics or grid/motion systems, including DSP/FPGA co-design leadership?
- Demonstrated strong understanding of real-time embedded implementation and/or strong DSP/FPGA and power-electronics control experience.
- C/C++ and FPGA experience relevant to power-conversion systems.
- Demonstrated operating effectively in a greenfield environment where standards and reference designs may require interpretation and adaptation.
