Job Description
Alarm.com is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator Manager responsible for developing, filming, editing, and managing engaging visual content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm, plan, and script engaging content tailored to various platforms.
- Film high-quality video and photo content featuring products, team, partners, and industry stories in-studio and on-site.
- Edit videos and photos for different formats, ensuring alignment with brand voice and platform requirements.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets and raw files for reuse and adaptation.
- Stay informed on social media trends and proactively propose new content styles and concepts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to accurately represent product features and company messaging.
- Support live events, webinars, and product launches with content capture and rapid editing.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in filming and editing content specifically for social media platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative video and photo work optimized for social media, with links to the work provided.
- Demonstrated ability to independently ideate, storyboard, film, and edit content.
- Expert proficiency in video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
