Job Description
A Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for leading hardware development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and acting as a technical liaison between US product teams and Taiwan-based manufacturing efforts in the IoT and security hardware space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex hardware projects from concept through production
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
- Serve as on-site technical liaison for US-based product management teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple hardware initiatives
- Interface directly with manufacturing partners and vendors in the APAC region
- Facilitate communication between Taiwan operations and US product teams across time zones
- Act as a technical lead when necessary
Requirements
- 5 years of technical program management experience in hardware development
- Strong background in camera systems, access control hardware, or related IoT devices
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance for hardware products FCC, CE, etc.
- Experience managing manufacturing partnerships and supply chain relationships
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
