The role involves processing sales orders, preparing documentation, coordinating logistics, and communicating with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth order fulfillment within an international security solutions company.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales team orders and prepare related documentation
Organize transportation in accordance with procedures
Communicate with customers regarding pre- and post-sales issues such as complaints, shipment status, and stock levels
Coordinate with colleagues about product availability and order fulfillment
Enter and monitor data in IT systems to ensure data quality
Requirements
Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level
Experience working in a sales support or customer service team
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel ability to work with data tables, knowledge of basic formulas
