Job Description

A Regional Sales Manager responsible for promoting and selling cloud-based video management solutions in Eastern Canada, building relationships with channel partners, managing sales efforts, and achieving regional sales targets within the commercial security industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals through effective territory management
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional accounts, dealers, and distribution partners
  • Manage sales efforts including goal setting, training, joint sales calls, and regional development of key partners
  • Prepare for and attend regional and national trade shows and market events
  • Create sales strategies, set appointments, and complete management reports
  • Resolve customer issues professionally with internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years outside sales experience, preferably in a technology discipline
  • 5 years Business to Business sales experience
  • Strong territory management skills
  • Ability to travel overnight 70-85% of the time including some weekends
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM software
  • Demonstrate a team-oriented mind set
  • Possess corporate level presentation reporting abilities
  • Technical aptitude
  • Account development skills
  • Microsoft networking certifications, preferred
  • Cloud SaaS Sales Experience, preferred
  • Video Surveillance Management Systems Sales Experience, preferred
