The Product Marketer will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Alarm.com for Business products, including market research, product positioning, content creation, and supporting product launches to drive growth and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Alarm.com for Business products
Create product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition
Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to support product launches and growth initiatives
Gather and incorporate customer and partner feedback to inform product development and roadmaps
Develop sales tools, market briefs, and thought leadership materials to support the sales cycle
Translate technical product specifications into meaningful benefits for target audiences
Identify gaps and develop resources to support sales and marketing efforts
Requirements
2-4 years of Product Marketing Experience OR Marketing experience in the Tech field
Bachelor's degree with a focus in business, engineering, or hard sciences is a plus
Demonstrable track record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
Passion for Internet of Things (IoT), software-as-a-service, technology, and innovative thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to synthesize high-level direction from leadership into actionable work products
Ability to own project development, execution, and completion autonomously
