Job Description

Building36, a subsidiary of Alarm.com, seeks a Marketing Specialist to execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and manages an integrated content calendar across email, social, events, and partner channels; writes compelling copy and coordinates with internal and external design resources to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time • Executes email marketing campaigns, including audience strategy, campaign deployment, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continually improve engagement and conversion • Manages and optimizes multiple social media channels by scheduling content, monitoring performance, engaging with audiences, and refining strategy based on analytics and best practices • Develops, maintains, and communicates marketing resources for partners by proactively creating, updating, and organizing content within the Partner Portal to support partner success and adoption • Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop and deliver quarterly newsletters and other recurring communications aligned with business priorities • Creates and promotes partner success stories, case studies, and testimonials that highlight value, drive credibility, and support sales enablement efforts • Manages company participation at in-person events (conferences and tradeshows), including planning logistics, coordinating vendors, supporting booth strategy, and tracking post-event results and follow-up activities • Plans, coordinates, and executes online events such as webinars, including promotion, registration workflows, partner collaboration, and post-event reporting • Tracks and reports on campaign performance and key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing or Communications • 3 to 5 years of related marketing experience • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects • Experience with Pardot, Constant Contact or similar • Strong grasp of email marketing best practices • CRM/Salesforce.com experience preferred • Basic design skills with Canva or the Adobe creative suite Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.
