Job Description

The Manager, Partner Success at Alarm.com will lead a team focused on enhancing partner relationships and driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention. This role involves defining and implementing the Partner Success strategy, managing performance programs, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement Partner Success strategy from onboarding through the partner relationship lifecycle.
  • Manage and improve performance management program for Partner Success Executives, including goal setting and KPI reporting.
  • Implement compensation and recognition programs for the team.
  • Refine and expand new hire training and onboarding for Partner Success Executives.
  • Design and implement ongoing training program centered on sales methodology.
  • Act as primary liaison with other customer-facing departments on strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2 years managing and growing customer facing teams and accounts with proven track record of achieving retention and expansion goals
  • 4 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferable in SaaS, IoT or other technology
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Solid understanding of the role and value that Customer Success provides in today’s SaaS technology environment
  • Ability to analyze, strategize, execute and motivate
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across all levels of internal and external organizations and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales and Service Cloud, Reporting and Dashboarding
  • Ability to travel as needed
