Alarm.com is the leading cloud-based platform for smart security and the Internet of Things.

Full life cycle recruitment across various departments including Software Engineering, Quality Engineer, Product Management, Device Engineering, Cloud Ops, and other departments.
Proactively targeting and sourcing of candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other sources.
Conducting phone, virtual and in person interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for Alarm.com and subsidiary companies
Planning and execution of recruiting cycles to create a strong candidate pipeline, ensure accurate recruiting data, deliver high quality customer service to hiring managers and candidates and fill positions in a timely manner.
Working closely with hiring managers on job description development, interview plans, candidate profile creation, candidate evaluation, and selection.
Operates with a strong sense of autonomy and initiative, while leveraging manager support to align on priorities and drive results
Working closely with Human Resource Business Partners.
Other duties as assigned.

5+ years’ experience in full life cycle and technology recruitment (candidate must have experience completing all stages including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, negotiation and closing candidates).
Corporate recruiting and technical recruiting experience.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all aspects of the recruiting process, including documentation, data integrity, and record management
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
Solid understanding of technical concepts for appropriate identification and evaluation of candidates.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
A very high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information.
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and deliver assignments on time in a dynamic environment.
