Job Description

The International Supply Chain Fulfillment Coordinator at Alarm.com manages global order processing, logistics, and partner relationships to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency, supporting inventory forecasting and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely documentation
  • Review incoming orders for compliance and correctness
  • Enter order, routing, and financial data into ERP and other systems
  • Coordinate outbound shipments with logistics providers
  • Resolve order processing and invoicing issues
  • Maintain quality control and validate completed work
  • Track and report daily order metrics
  • Support inventory forecasting and purchasing for global partners
  • Collaborate with international suppliers, product managers, and marketing on product availability and delivery timelines
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
  • Work with distribution centers and suppliers to ensure hardware order fulfillment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in order management, logistics, ERP systems, or supply chain operations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Familiarity with MicroStrategy is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with global stakeholders
  • Ability to work outside standard business hours to support overseas partners
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to operate independently and meet deadlines in high-volume periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • English proficiency at the level of TOEIC score of 850
  • Professional Chinese language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
