Job Description
The Corporate Development Analyst supports market research, financial modeling, and the execution of mergers and acquisitions, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and integration, to help drive the company's growth and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Develop, interpret, and build financial and operational models for evaluating target companies and integrations
- Support all transaction phases including sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, and execution of M&A deals
- Assist in developing deal materials, briefings, approval decks, and presentations
- Support the seamless integration of acquisitions into the organization
- Research and evaluate potential investment opportunities and target companies
- Contribute to improving corporate development processes for pipeline development, deal evaluation, due diligence, and integration
Requirements
- A completed bachelor’s Degree is required, with a preference for a concentration in Finance or Business Management.
- 2-5 years of experience in business or financial analysis.
- Experience interacting with company executives.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, question the results, generate insights, and construct solutions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deals concurrently.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, global company environment.
- Data-driven and goal-oriented, with experience measuring and reporting both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
