Job Description
A data-driven email marketer responsible for developing and optimizing lifecycle email campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth for a relationship intelligence CRM platform serving private capital professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage email nurture programs for all funnel stages, including segmentation and triggered flows
- Create and execute email campaigns to generate qualified leads and promote product launches and events
- Analyze engagement data to optimize email performance, re-engagement strategies, and lifecycle progression
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop personalized email content and sales enablement templates
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR, manage consent mechanisms, and maintain email list hygiene
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability, sender reputation, and campaign ROI reporting
- Leverage marketing automation and AI tools for personalization, workflow automation, and campaign optimization
- Track key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline contribution
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in lifecycle or email marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record managing email marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and develop actionable optimization strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics tools
- Experience with AI tools for workflow automation, personalization, and campaign optimization
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $119,000 - $137,000 USD base, dependent on experience and location
