Job Description

This role involves outbound prospecting and lead generation for Affinity's Private Capital CRM business, focusing on building a sales pipeline through personalized outreach, account research, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source meetings for Account Executives through outbound prospecting across multiple channels
  • Conduct account persona research and collaborate on prospecting plans for target accounts
  • Review, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads
  • Use sales tools such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Outreach.io, and Lavender to manage pipeline and drive sales
  • Manage and track sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and quota achievement
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Affinity's product line and value proposition

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales lead generation experience in B2B with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales and account-based activity objectives.
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with solid organizational, planning, and execution skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge and passion for technology.
  • Ability to source meetings for Account Executives and generate pipeline via outbound prospecting efforts through personalized outreach across channels including phone, email, video, and social channels.
  • Ability to conduct account persona research and work with Account Executives on a prospecting plan for target accounts.
  • Ability to review, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Ability to collaborate with the Marketing team to help shape and tune messaging to the vertical.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools including Salesforce, 6Sense, Outreach.io, Lavender, Google Suite.
  • Ability to manage your pipeline closely to drive accurate sales forecasts and exceed your quota.
  • Location requirement: Must be within commuting distance to Chicago and able to work in-office 2-3 days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday.

Compensation/salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 USD base salary, plus commission based on sales targets
