Job Description
Aeva is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead and mentor the mechanical design team, overseeing the development of core products and specialized equipment related to advanced LiDAR sensing technology for autonomous applications.

Requirements
- Experience in mechanical design engineering with a proven track record of leading and mentoring a mechanical design team.
- Hands-on experience guiding the design of core products and specialized equipment in a mechanical engineering context.
- Ability to manage project priorities effectively to ensure high-quality and timely execution of design projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing mechanical design projects from conception through production.
