Job Description
The Senior Customer Program Manager oversees program deliverables, manages key customer relationships, and identifies opportunities for improvement to support the company's advanced sensing and perception technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all program deliverables for key accounts
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key customer accounts
- Build trust and rapport with customers
- Identify and document areas of opportunity within customer programs
- Highlight and promote best practices in program management
Requirements
- Experience in managing customer programs and serving as the day-to-day contact for key accounts
