Electrical Engineer, Verification & Validation

• BS or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • 1-4 years experience in the Electrical Hardware / product space with robust, hands-on lab experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good understanding of HW components, their interfaces and SW controls • Good understanding of debug and probing techniques for a variety communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, PCIE etc) • Understanding of PCB design fundamentals & technical tradeoffs • Be an active team member working closely with other EE design engineers and other groups • Ability to analyze a design, component data sheet, user guide, or schematic to make insightful decisions • Prior experience with Python / MATLAB for test automation and data visualization • Experience in motor control and/or RF/analog design is a plus • A big plus if you have experience in the automotive or Lidar industry
