Director, Finance & Accounting

• Establish scalable global processes • Hire and manage a 3–5 person team • Drive automation and process excellence • Ensure strong internal controls and documentation • Customer onboarding & credit review • Global invoicing • AR & collections management • Revenue support coordination • Vendor onboarding • Invoice processing & approvals • Domestic & international payments • AP management • GL accounting & journal entries • Prepaids, accruals, fixed assets • Balance sheet reconciliations • Audit support • Statutory compliance & reporting • Local GAAP coordination • Tax & regulatory oversight • Intercompany eliminations • FX translation • Consolidation into U.S. parent • CA (India) qualification is mandatory • Background in top-tier audit/assurance firms is required • 10–15 years experience in accounting/finance • Hands-on NetSuite • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP • Experience in hiring and developing teams • Comfortable working U.S. business hours
