Job Description
The Knowledge Management (KM) team is a global function dedicated to building a robust internal knowledge ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Knowledge Management, Operations, or Technical Program Management within a fast-paced technology enterprise.
- Confluence & Atlassian Mastery: Expert-level mastery of Confluence administration, advanced page design (macros, templates, agents), native automation engines, and Atlassian ecosystem integrations (Jira, Atlassian Intelligence, API webhooks).
- AI & Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector-search dynamics, and basic scripting/data structured formats (e.g., JSON, YAML, Markdown) for automated workflows.
- Prompt Engineering: Proven ability to design, benchmark, and optimize systemic prompts for enterprise AI tools.
- Interpersonal & Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional leaders, managing change, and driving cross-team alignment.
- Agile Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects, set clear milestones, and deliver on tight timelines.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong data-analysis skills to evaluate knowledge health, search metrics, and AI accuracy.
