Job Description
The internship involves supporting the logistical, operational, and administrative functions of the Pakistan Acumen Academy Fellowship and Foundry programs, including event planning, data management, and travel coordination, to help foster social innovation and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for the Pakistan fellowship program and Foundry events
- Provide administrative support during nomination stages and prepare Fellow profiles
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and transportation for Fellows and Foundry Members
- Organize logistics for regional gatherings, including venue and supply management
- Maintain and update data related to Foundry members and program surveys
- Assist in planning and executing Academy events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management.
- Knowledge of data management platforms is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with team members, Fellows, vendors, and partners.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen values.
- Permanently authorized to work in Pakistan.
- Available to work in the Islamabad office.
