Job Description
The Program Associate will support the delivery and coordination of accelerator programs, ecosystem initiatives, and events in Tokyo, working closely with founders, mentors, and partners to ensure smooth execution and positive participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of accelerator programs, ecosystem initiatives, and events
- Coordinate activities before, during, and after programs
- Work closely with founders, mentors, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Manage logistics and contribute to event planning
- Support community engagement efforts
Requirements
- Support the delivery of accelerator programs, ecosystem initiatives, and events in Japan, including coordinating activities before, during, and after programs.
- Work closely with founders, mentors, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of programs and a positive participant experience.
- Support community engagement activities related to the programs and initiatives.
- Manage logistics and contribute to event planning for accelerator programs and ecosystem initiatives.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Be available to work full-time in Tokyo, Japan, on a role initially offered as a one-year contract with potential for renewal.
