Job Description
The Fund Operations Associate is responsible for managing daily treasury and operational workflows for venture capital funds, supporting financial reporting, fund administration, and gaining experience across the full fund lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day treasury and operational workflows for venture capital funds
- Support the Fund Accounting team with financial reporting and fund administration activities
- Oversee cash management and wire processing
- Assist with quarterly fund closes and fee calculations
- Prepare documentation for audits
Requirements
- Experience in managing day-to-day treasury and operational workflows for venture capital or similar funds.
- Support the Fund Accounting team on financial reporting and fund administration activities.
- Exposure to the full fund lifecycle, including cash management, wire processing, quarterly closes, fee calculations, and audit preparation.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to fund operations.
- Ability to build depth in fund operations and gain experience in fund accounting.
