Job Description
The Fund Operations Associate is responsible for managing daily treasury and operational workflows for venture capital funds, supporting financial reporting, fund administration, and gaining experience across the full fund lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day treasury and operational workflows for venture capital funds
- Support the Fund Accounting team with financial reporting and fund administration activities
- Oversee cash management and wire processing
- Assist with quarterly fund closes and fee calculations
- Prepare documentation and support for fund audits
Requirements
- Experience in managing day-to-day treasury and operational workflows for venture capital funds or similar financial environments.
- Support experience with fund accounting activities, including financial reporting and fund administration.
- Ability to handle full fund lifecycle activities such as cash management, wire processing, quarterly closes, fee calculations, and audit preparation.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to fund operations and financial processes.
- Strong organizational skills to support multiple operational tasks and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the Fund Accounting team and other stakeholders.
