Job Description
The Customer Success Manager at Raptor Maps will drive the implementation, adoption, and expansion of software solutions in the solar industry, focusing on customer onboarding, renewals, and relationship building with leading renewable energy firms.
Responsibilities
- •Drive the implementation, adoption, and expansion of solutions in the solar industry.
- •Oversee onboarding processes and ensure successful customer adoption and renewal.
- •Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers in the solar PV industry.
Requirements
- •Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field within the solar PV industry.
- •Proven track record of driving renewals and growth across customers.
- •Ability to oversee critical aspects of onboarding and ensure successful adoption and renewal of solutions.
- •Strong relationship-building skills with customers in the renewable energy sector.
- •Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tackle global problems.
- •Complete ownership and accountability over role and success in the team.
- •Effective communication skills, with an emphasis on transparency and honesty.
