Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist will support HR operations by managing employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, engagement, learning and development, and offboarding, while also maintaining employee records and reporting on HR data.
Responsibilities
- •Manage employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, engagement strategy execution, learning and development, and offboarding.
- •Communicate and maintain employee status changes and updates to employee records.
- •Maintain electronic personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- •Report on employee data and analytics.
Requirements
- •The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and will work closely with other Human Resources (HR) colleagues.
- •The HR Generalist will act as a leader on the HR team and provide the Manager, HRBP with support by managing the HR operations of their group.
- •Responsibilities include but are not limited to the employee lifecycle processes of recruitment, onboarding, engagement strategy execution, learning and development, and offboarding.
- •This position requires communication and maintenance of employee status changes, updates to employee records, maintenance of electronic personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and the ability to report on employee data and analytics.
- •The candidate must possess the ability to perform general administrative duties.
