Job Description
The Senior Technology Project Manager - Migration Lead will oversee the transition of accounts from legacy software systems to Kraken's cloud-native SaaS platform, managing the end-to-end migration process and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and clients to facilitate a successful platform adoption.

- Oversee the seamless transition of accounts from legacy software systems to Kraken's cloud-native SaaS platform
- Manage the end-to-end migration process
- Develop and execute migration strategies
- Manage client expectations
- Oversee the business integration interface
- Ensure data accuracy and system compatibility
- Drive clear communication and provide guidance throughout the migration process
- Work closely with product managers and developers to request development needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end migration processes from legacy software systems to cloud-native SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute migration strategies while managing client expectations.
- Strong attention to detail in ensuring data accuracy and system compatibility during migration.
- Experience in coordinating between internal teams, clients, and partners throughout the migration process.
- Ability to drive clear communication and provide guidance to clients during the migration process.
- Understanding of technology, people, and processes to support clients in adapting to new ways of working.
- Experience working closely with product managers and developers to identify and request development needs.
