Job Description
The Human Resources Data Analyst is responsible for utilizing data analytics to support HR decision-making and enhance organizational performance, involving tasks such as managing HR dashboards, generating reports, and preparing data for audits and surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes
- Handle HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests

- Participate in HRMS implementation
- Provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members' queries
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools.
