Job Description
The Contract Technical Sourcer at AlertMedia is responsible for actively sourcing and engaging candidates for technical and engineering roles, utilizing various tools and strategies to build strong talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and engage candidates for technical and engineering roles
- Craft personalized, targeted outreach for sourcing potential candidates
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates
- Build strong partnerships with internal business partners
- Act as a brand ambassador ensuring an incredible candidate experience
Requirements
- 2-3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech company.
- Proven success in sourcing for technical roles including engineering, DevOps, and product.
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be based in Mexico, with a preference for Mexico City.
- Able to work as a Contract Sourcer for 3-6 months with potential to be converted to full-time employee.
