Job Description
The Head of Marketing at Deep Sky will be responsible for building and scaling the company's marketing efforts, generating high-quality inbound leads, and establishing the brand as a leader in the carbon removal industry. This role requires a hands-on, creative approach to develop the marketing strategy from the ground up.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on building and scaling demand engines.
- Proven ability to generate high-quality inbound leads.
- Experience in establishing a brand in a nascent market, particularly in carbon removal or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a builder role without reliance on junior staff.
