Job Description
The Customer Success Associate at Alarm.com will focus on supply chain fulfillment activities, building strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves order management, communication, and collaboration across various departments to support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- •Build strong relationships with external Alarm.com Partners and internal stakeholders.
- •Act as a key liaison between Alarm.com Supply Chain and various internal teams.
- •Communicate proactively between Alarm.com Partners and internal stakeholders.
- •Collaborate on initiatives such as Partner forecast analysis and new product introductions.
- •Oversee order management for external Partners, including hardware availability and order tracking.
- •Support Partner return RMA and stock rotation requests.
- •Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for operational efficiency.
- •Create and refine standard operating procedures that support Supply Chain and its Partners.
Requirements
- •Experience in post-sale account management, customer service or cross-functional support 1-5 years.
- •The ability to communicate with customers and vendors via email and verbally in a clear and professional manner.
- •A self-starter who can operate independently and is customer oriented.
- •Must possess the ability and commitment to meet deadlines even during high volume periods.
- •Team player with a positive attitude and high-degree of flexibility.
- •Must be computer proficient, ability to learn Alarm.com platforms and tools.
- •Experience in inventory management, order fulfillment or any supply chain related field.
