Job Description
The role involves supporting the Asset Management team in managing commercial-scale solar projects, ensuring optimal energy production and customer satisfaction, while also analyzing performance and implementing quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of operating solar projects.
- Support Operations and Maintenance (O&M) efforts.
- Implement and iterate on Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.
- Manage portfolio operations of commercial-scale solar projects.
- Ensure delivery of clean energy and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of managing projects or a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Asset Management, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Solar Development, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills and ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment with changing goals and priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate points clearly and simplify complex information.
- Willingness to learn about solar investments, the commercial solar market, and in-depth diligence practices.
- Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment and work cross-functionally.
- Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Boulder or Denver area.

Compensation/salary range: 58,500 - 78,000 per year, plus equity in the form of stock options
